Cancellation Policy

Booked4Seasons is operated by Codestra LLC DBA Booked4Seasons. Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service request, contact us as early as possible so we can update the request and help avoid unnecessary dispatch or service costs.

Before confirmation

A submitted service request is not necessarily a confirmed appointment. If your request has not yet been confirmed, you may ask us to withdraw it without a service cancellation charge unless a separate charge was clearly disclosed and authorized.

After confirmation

Once an appointment, dispatch, diagnostic, or service has been confirmed, cancellation terms may depend on how far the request has progressed. Any cancellation or dispatch charge must be disclosed before it is charged.

After dispatch or arrival

If an independent service professional has already been dispatched, arrived, or begun work, disclosed visit, diagnostic, material, or completed-work charges may remain payable even if you decide not to continue with additional work.

Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to help coordinate a reschedule when provider availability permits. A requested time is not guaranteed until confirmed.

No-show or inaccessible property

If a professional cannot access the property at the confirmed time, or the customer is unavailable after reasonable attempts to make contact, disclosed visit or dispatch charges may apply.

Applicable rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law gives you greater cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.
