Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Booked4Seasons collects and uses contact, service-request, appointment, address and location, consent, and technical information needed to operate the service-coordination platform.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including identity and contact details, service descriptions, service addresses, preferred times, provider-contact authorization, and optional communications consent. We also record technical evidence such as timestamps, source URL, form and policy versions, IP address, user agent, and consent or revocation history where required.
How we use information
We use information to validate and route requests, review provider coverage and capacity, coordinate manually confirmed appointments, prevent duplicates and fraud, maintain audit records, provide support, comply with law, and protect the service.
Independent-provider coordination
Only after separate request-specific authorization may information necessary to respond to that request be provided to a selected independent provider. This does not transfer Booked4Seasons SMS consent and does not authorize provider marketing. Providers may not resell or use request information for unrelated purposes.
SMS protection
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messaging processors may handle limited information solely to deliver and support Booked4Seasons messages under our instructions. Optional SMS consent is not a condition of submitting a request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Service providers and disclosures
Processors may host the site, store records, validate addresses, support communications, secure systems, and provide operational tools. They may use information only for contracted purposes. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
We retain request and appointment records only as long as reasonably needed for coordination, support, audit, legal, and security purposes, then delete or de-identify them under the applicable retention schedule. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted credentials, audit logging, and other reasonable safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may update communication preferences and exercise applicable U.S. privacy rights through Communication preferences and U.S. Privacy Choices.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by the effective date and version above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
