Refund, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

Booked4Seasons does not currently collect online payments through this website. All work is quote-required, and the final scope and price are agreed with the independent provider.

Requests and appointments

A submitted preferred time is not a confirmed appointment. You may withdraw a pending request. A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting support; provider availability must be reviewed again.

Provider charges

Any estimate, deposit, cancellation term, or refund for underlying work is agreed directly with the independent provider and must be disclosed before acceptance. Booked4Seasons will help coordinate a concern but does not manufacture a payment or refund status.
