Independent Provider Standards

Independent providers must maintain qualifications appropriate to their services and jurisdictions, including required licenses, permits, insurance, safe working practices, and truthful availability and service-area records.

Customer information

A selected provider may use only the information necessary to respond to the customer’s specific request. Providers may not sell, resell, scrape, retain it unnecessarily, or use it for unrelated marketing. Booked4Seasons SMS consent is never transferred to a provider.

Scheduling and performance

Providers must keep working hours and capacity current, avoid overlapping assignments, disclose estimates and final scope, respect cancellation and communication preferences, and accurately report service outcomes.
