Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of Booked4Seasons, a service-coordination platform. Customers submit service requests, and Booked4Seasons coordinates with independent service providers that may be available to respond.

Requests are not confirmations

A request or preferred time does not guarantee coverage, provider availability, assignment, price, or an appointment. Only an authorized operator may confirm an assignment after address, time zone, service, ZIP coverage, provider qualifications, hours, and capacity are verified.

Independent providers

Booked4Seasons does not automatically perform the underlying trade work. Independent providers are responsible for their estimates, final prices, scope, licensing, permits, insurance, workmanship, safety, and performance. A recommendation is not a guarantee or endorsement.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate and lawful information, authorize access only where permitted, describe known hazards, and use the service only for legitimate requests. Do not use Booked4Seasons for medical, police, fire, or life-safety emergencies; call 911 or the appropriate authority.

Scheduling

Regular requested availability is Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM in the service-address time zone. Sunday requests during those hours are limited to urgent home-service needs, not life-safety emergencies. Holds may expire, and rescheduling depends on renewed capacity review.

Payments

Booked4Seasons does not currently collect online payments through this website. All work is quote-required. Do not send payment-card information through forms, chat, email, or text.

Communications

Transactional contact needed to respond to a request is separate from optional SMS consent. SMS program terms are available at SMS Terms. Marketing SMS and marketing email are disabled unless separately authorized.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms prospectively and identify the new version and effective date. Non-waivable rights under applicable law continue to apply.
