SMS Program Terms

The Booked4Seasons messaging program provides first-party service-request and appointment updates to customers who voluntarily opt in on our request form. It does not authorize independent-provider or promotional messaging.

Messages and frequency

Messages may include request receipt, provider-availability review, appointment confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, reminders, and service-status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to cancel. We also recognize QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT, and reasonable plain-language revocation requests. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, only a lawful non-promotional confirmation may be sent unless you provide new documented consent.

Delivery and changes

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Booked4Seasons may change or end the program and will update these terms when material changes apply.
