Service Fulfillment Policy

Booked4Seasons coordinates a customer’s specific service request with an independent provider that may be available. A request is not confirmed until the address, time zone, service coverage, provider qualifications, hours, capacity, and operator approval have been verified.

No-capacity fallback

If verified coverage or capacity is unavailable, the request remains requested or pending manual dispatch. It is not marked assigned, scheduled, confirmed, paid, or completed.

Scope and price

The selected independent provider is responsible for its estimate, final price, scope, licensing, permits, insurance, workmanship, safety, and performance. Provider recommendations are not guarantees or endorsements.

Emergencies

Sunday requests may be accepted for urgent home-service needs between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time. Booked4Seasons does not provide medical, police, fire, or life-safety emergency services. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority for life-safety emergencies.
